Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of up to 50 staff members across all departments.
• Oversee daily hostel operations including facilities, housekeeping, and health and safety.
• Drive occupancy growth while optimizing occupancy rates and financial projections.
• Ensure excellent guest service by resolving complaints and maintaining brand culture.
• Manage payroll, accounting procedures, and vendor relationships to control costs.
