General Manager

This role leads the strategic design and master planning of a diverse development portfolio, focusing on project inception, conceptual excellence, and planning feasibility. The position prioritizes design intelligence and planning strategy over on-site construction implementation to ensure townships and high-rise developments are market-leading and commercially viable. The General Manager acts as the primary technical point of contact for external consultants and joint venture partners while leading a multi-disciplinary front-end team.
