General Manager

This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs® Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. The role involves ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining profitability through effective management of food costs, labor, and sales growth, and providing leadership to the restaurant team. The General Manager also assists in coordinating operations, implementing company initiatives, and representing the brand professionally.
