General Manager

The General Manager serves as the primary link between the Bloomingdale’s brand vision and its execution within the store, acting as a local business owner responsible for driving financial results and business priorities. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, leading and developing store teams, and fostering strong relationships with both internal partners and the vendor community. The General Manager is expected to demonstrate strong business acumen, operational excellence, and inspirational floor-present leadership to achieve key performance indicators.
