General Manager

The General Manager serves as the single point of accountability for the entire station operation, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and operational excellence across all verticals including Hospitality, Maintenance, Catering, Valet, and ground handling. This role involves leading a team of Duty Managers and Supervisors to deliver a reliable and seamless customer experience while representing the company to airport authorities and external stakeholders. The position requires managing station P&L, overseeing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement in both short and long-term operational goals.
