General Manager

The General Manager will lead Healthcare Leaders (HCL) as a focused growth platform and operating business, developing a practical, mission-aligned strategy and plan to expand the brand across the Quality of Life Ecosystem. This hands-on role involves building a multi-revenue stream financial model, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring tight integration with WittKieffer’s brand and go-to-market priorities. The position requires a commercially minded operator to grow revenue, strengthen sponsor and participant value, and improve execution across curated leadership events and convening platforms.
