General Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to lead daily operations at our Charlotte foodservice distribution facility. This role serves as the senior on-site leader, owning facility performance across warehouse production, transportation, food safety, and customer service while acting as the critical link between frontline operations and executive leadership. The position offers the opportunity to stabilize, optimize, and scale operations within a fast-paced, perishable distribution environment.
