The General Manager serves as the primary strategic business leader for a designated cluster of full-service properties, overseeing all operational aspects including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, and return on investment. This role involves leading leadership teams to implement property-wide strategies, ensuring brand service standards are met, and building strong partnerships with property ownership. The position is also responsible for driving sales and revenue generation across the cluster and managing pre-opening processes for new units.
