The General Manager leads a $20–$30M employee-owned upholstery manufacturing operation, overseeing manufacturing, engineering, customer service, supply chain, and sales development. This role focuses on driving financial performance, safety, quality, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of ownership and teamwork. The position requires strong leadership to develop teams, manage P&L, and ensure operational excellence in serving the marine and medical markets.
