General Manager

The General Manager leads the Thousand Oaks location, owning full performance across sales, operations, warehouse, logistics, product, inventory, people, customer experience, and financial results. This role partners with regional and corporate teams to grow the business, deliver flawless events, and build a strong, engaged team. The position requires a hands-on leader comfortable in client meetings, on the warehouse floor, and in P&L reviews.
