General Merchandise Manager

The General Merchandise Manager oversees the management of non-food products, ensuring excellent presentation and smooth daily operations from the shop floor to the warehouse. This role involves leading and coaching a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, managing performance and employee relations, and driving key performance indicators. The manager may also assume overall responsibility for running the store in the absence of senior leadership.
