This is a new position based at the Stourbridge site, reporting to the Operations Manager. The role supports the additional SDA pre-pick shifts introduced to maintain safe, efficient and well-coordinated operations. As a Pre-Pick Operative at Enva, you will play a key role in the identification, sorting and preparation of Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) prior to processing. You will be responsible for ensuring that incoming materials are correctly segregated and prepared for downstream processing, supporting safe, efficient and compliant recycling operations.
