General Utility-Pack

The General Utility-Pack position is responsible for breaking down, trimming, and slicing sub primals of imported and domestic beef to meet customer specifications and standards. The role requires proficiency in using specialized equipment and knives, maintaining high yields in a fast-paced environment, and adhering to safety and food safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have basic knife skills, the ability to identify out-of-spec products, and a commitment to following Good Manufacturing Practices.
