General Utility

This position is responsible for the maintenance and sanitation of all food service operations, including dishwashing, cleaning production equipment, and floor sanitation. The role involves assisting with receiving food products, bussing tables, and transporting food from the kitchen to the dining room. The ideal candidate will follow direction from the lead Sous Chef and provide excellent guest service while adhering to all company and departmental regulations.
