General Yards Manager

This position is responsible for managing all yards receiving processes to ensure the safe and humane handling of livestock while maintaining accurate counts and identification. The role involves conducting ante-mortem inspections and overseeing the live scale process in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. The individual will work closely with FSIS inspectors, livestock producers, haulers, and plant operations teams to achieve operational objectives.
