Generalist, People Business Partner

The Generalist, People Business Partner provides day-to-day HR support to the Marketing, Buying, and Planning organizations at Exemplar Luxury Group. This role focuses on delivering core People programs, supporting employees through all stages of the employee lifecycle, and ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience. The position builds trusted relationships across client groups, provides guidance on people practices, and partners with People Centers of Excellence to execute initiatives in performance management, talent development, employee relations, and engagement.
