The Generative AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy production-ready AI applications powered by LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems within Archer’s Corporate Technology group. The role focuses on creating scalable, cloud-native solutions that integrate AI capabilities across the product ecosystem and improving model retrieval, evaluation, and reliability. The engineer will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align technical design with business objectives and drive continuous improvement of AI systems.
