About this role
The Genesis Program at Sanford Health is a four-week rotational and shadowing initiative that introduces community members to the organization's mission, vision, and values through firsthand workplace experiences. Participants shadow three different jobs and explore foundational and elective rotations across departments to learn about Sanford operations and processes. Successful participants may receive offers for full-time or part-time positions at the conclusion of the program.
