About this role

This role supports the GEOAxIS system, which provides Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) for web applications, by working directly with the Consumer Integration team to meet deadlines and improve technical procedures. The position involves collaborating with global consumers of Gx services, debugging software issues, and implementing authentication and cloud infrastructure solutions. The engineer will also document enterprise IT architecture, perform system integration, and communicate technical and functional updates to various audiences.

Responsibilities

Manage client integration with ICAM services and remove impediments
Debug software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixes
Brief program and customer leadership on product capabilities and implementation
