Geoscientist or Engineer, Groundwater

The Geoscientist or Engineer, Groundwater at Elk Valley Resources is responsible for planning, supervising, and implementing groundwater investigations that support mining operations and regional environmental performance. The role contributes directly to the Elk Valley Water Quality Plan and broader sustainability and water quality objectives. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Local Scale Planning, it combines field and office work in a mountainous outdoor setting on a compressed work week. The position sits within a large steelmaking coal operation focused on responsible resource development and community and Indigenous partnerships.
