About this role

This is a 12-week paid summer internship program for university students at Alcoa's Pinjarra Refinery and Perth Corporate office. Support Global Impoundments team in handling dam safety and facility planning
Provide engineering input for residue storage facility design and maintenance
Contribute to refinery and residue environmental, health, and safety enhancements
Assist in capital planning, approval, and review processes for Western Australia
Utilize innovative thinking to solve practical engineering challenges
