About this role

We are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to provide timely technical advice and support operational outputs for our underground and open pit mining operations in Leonora, Western Australia. This role involves managing geotechnical information, monitoring seismic and slope stability risks, and participating in feasibility studies to ensure the safety and viability of the mine site.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate geotechnical information for ore bodies
Review daily mine geotechnical performance with production personnel
Analyze and manage risks to personnel, infrastructure, and production
Monitor seismic events and assess slope stability in mining areas
Participate in feasibility studies regarding deposit viability
