PCL Construction
The Geotechnical Risk Manager provides technical leadership and risk evaluation for site work and underground construction during the preconstruction phase. This role interprets geotechnical data to develop accurate estimates, means and methods, and risk mitigation strategies that protect project schedule, cost, and constructability. The position serves as the subject matter expert for managing geotechnical risk across estimating, planning, and work packaging.
