About this role

Responsibilities

• Lead annual HR strategy for the site including initiative planning, budget management, training programs, and internal/external compliance audits
• Implement HR policies and processes, providing advisory and support to operational leaders on personnel and team management decisions
• Support organizational design initiatives, role definition, and change management processes
• Lead labor relations with unions, participate in labor negotiations, and ensure compliance with collective agreements and applicable labor legislation
• Advisory and follow-up on disciplinary processes, labor investigations, and employee complaints, promoting consistent and equitable practices
• Support implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring compliance with labor obligations for employees and contractors
• Lead talent attraction strategies, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning according to operational site needs
• Drive leadership development initiatives, performance, succession, and organizational culture strengthening within the operation
• Supervise HR indicators and reports, identifying risks and developing action plans to support decision-making
• Lead, develop, and strengthen the HR team at the site, ensuring effective and operationally aligned service
