About this role
Rochester Regional Health is seeking BE/BC Internal or Family Medicine physicians to provide long-term, post-acute, and rehabilitation care in community nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The role is within a physician-led integrated health system that uses the Epic EMR and offers integration with hospital-based subspecialties, teaching opportunities, and system-wide support.
