About this role
The Geriatrician will provide primary and consultative medical care to older adults within the Senior Access and Geriatric Expansion (SAGE) clinic at a Federally Qualified Health Center. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive, culturally competent care to seniors with complex medical and social needs. The physician will lead an interdisciplinary team and coordinate with community and organizational resources to improve seniors’ quality of life. This position is based at the Rolland & Kathryn Lowe Medical Center in Oakland, CA.
