About this role
The Health, Safety and Environment (SSE) Manager for Westlake’s Beauharnois plant is a senior site leadership role responsible for the site’s SSE program and ensuring alignment with the PEM group’s policies and regional SSE strategy. The position represents the plant in regional SSE leadership and partners closely with plant management and external stakeholders. It requires independent decision-making under the guidance of regional SSE leadership to support continuous SSE performance improvement.
