A QHSE Manager is sought by a leading client in the Energy Industry to develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing risk levels according to the ALARP principle, ensuring operational license compliance, and maintaining quality systems in accordance with ISO standards. The position requires leading a QHSE team, reporting KPIs to senior management, and conducting regular audits and risk assessments across various operations. Additionally, the manager will oversee emergency situations, develop safety training programs, and lead incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
