About this role

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a GHG Accountant to support its global Net Zero Program within the Corporate Sustainability function. This role will be responsible for end-to-end GHG accounting for the company's own operations and value chain emissions, ensuring data integrity and alignment with global standards. The Accountant will lead data collection, emissions calculations, and reporting while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain audit-ready inventories and support regulatory disclosures.

Responsibilities

Own and execute enterprise-wide GHG accounting processes across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions
Collect and validate activity data from internal stakeholders and third-party sources
Perform emissions calculations using standardized methodologies and tools including Excel
Maintain emission factors and methodologies in alignment with GHG Protocol standards
Support ESG disclosures and reporting for platforms like CDP and the annual Sustainability Report
