About this role

This role involves developing innovative water and wastewater solutions for industrial clients by combining process engineering, project execution, and technical-commercial support. The Project Engineer will design, sell, and deliver complex projects end-to-end while building long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Key duties include preparing proposals, leading project execution, supervising commissioning, and providing troubleshooting support to O&M teams.

Responsibilities

Develop process flow sheets and prepare proposals for industrial clients
Lead project execution phases guiding teams and managing project KPIs
Supervise commissioning, start-up, and handover of treatment plants
Support O&M teams with troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
Design water treatment systems including mass balance and equipment selection
