Gift Shop & Visitor Experience Associate

The Utica Zoo is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join the Revenue Center team as a Gift Shop & Visitor Experience Associate. This part-time, hourly position involves managing the daily operations of the gift shops, admissions, and the Jumpin' Joeys' Bounce Pillow, while also assisting with events and visitor experience. As a front-line employee, the associate will interact directly with the public, presenting a positive image of the zoo and its mission.
