GIS Analyst/ Permitting Specialist

Graycliff Enterprises is seeking an experienced GIS Analyst / Permitting Specialist to support Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network deployments within the Engineering team. This position develops, reviews, and maintains GIS-based Outside Plant (OSP) fiber designs, including High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and manages the permitting activities needed to move projects efficiently from engineering into construction. The successful candidate will understand FTTH and OSP network design, permitting requirements, constructability, and the coordination needed to keep engineering and permitting deliverables aligned with project schedules.
