A motivated and creative Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst provides technical, analytical, and geospatial support for DART's Development Department, focusing on the Real Estate & Economic Development Division. The role involves developing, analyzing, and visualizing geospatial data to support real estate, economic development, and transit-oriented development initiatives. The position also includes implementing and supporting DART's real estate management platform while delivering data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain geospatial models and applications using Esri technologies
Create and publish maps, dashboards, and reports to communicate complex geospatial data
Integrate data from multiple sources into enterprise GIS databases and ensure data quality

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Geography, GIS, Urban Planning, Computer Science, or a related field
