About this role

A Senior GIS Solution Architect leads the end-to-end design and migration of ArcGIS Utility Network solutions for utility modernization programs. The role bridges institutional SmallWorld knowledge with ESRI platforms, defining data models, integration strategies, and application architectures while leading a team of analysts and developers. This position ensures the re-engineered GIS foundation supports next-generation utility network operations through rigorous testing and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

Own the ESRI ArcGIS Utility Network solution design and data model architecture
Design migration strategies from GE SmallWorld to ESRI Utility Network platforms
Lead a team of GIS analysts and developers through design, build, and deployment phases
Define integration architectures connecting GIS with OMS, SAP, and field mobility tools
Establish data quality standards and lead validation activities for network migrations
