Global Asset Protection Lead

This role advances Weatherford's Global Asset Protection Program by designing and implementing a Global Physical Security Standard and a scalable assessment methodology to protect people, assets, and operations. The position develops enterprise-level physical security assessments to identify enhancement areas, recommend mitigating measures, and ensure programs maximize asset protection while minimizing loss under normal and emergency conditions. It involves direct engagement with security vendors, collaboration with facilities and crisis response stakeholders, and delivery of high-standard projects. The role also focuses on ISO 27001 compliance for physical protection of intellectual property and requires strong technical expertise and project management skills.
