About this role

The Global Benefits Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and ongoing evolution of employee benefit and leave programs across multiple countries. The role oversees global health, retirement, wellness, insured benefits, and leave programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with the company’s total rewards philosophy. It plays a key part in supporting global expansion by building scalable frameworks for new markets. The position also provides local HR leadership and office support for the Atlanta office in partnership with the Office Administrator.
