Global Business Process Management Analyst

The Global Business Process Management Group seeks a Business Process Analyst to drive measurable improvements aligned with Global Private Client Group goals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to develop primary value chains, unify business processes, and enhance efficiency and user experience for internal and external clients. The position requires working with stakeholders to assess improvement areas, conduct root cause analysis, and lead process redesign workshops. Additionally, the analyst will write and test user stories within a Scrum framework and maintain project documentation.
