About this role
A Global Category Manager position at Smit B.V. (part of Royal IHC) responsible for owning and developing a procurement category (either Castings & Forgings or Constructions, Machinery & Systems). The role has an international scope, a procurement portfolio up to €35M, and offers the opportunity to build the category from the ground up while reporting to the Global Procurement Manager. The role is embedded in a professional procurement team of 21 specialists and includes regular travel (10–20%).
