As a global compensation expert, you will define and deliver a compensation strategy that attracts, motivates, and rewards employees across Jet Aviation's worldwide locations. You will lead high-impact initiatives including job architecture, salary structures, annual compensation cycles, and market benchmarking to ensure programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant. Acting as a trusted subject matter expert, you will partner with HR, Total Rewards, and business leaders to turn complex data into clear recommendations and meaningful business solutions.
