Global Connections Director

The Global Connections Director oversees the church's Connect Groups, managing the recruitment, training, and development of leaders for 130-150 small groups. This full-time role involves creating an organized structure for group promotion and sessions to help families connect, grow, and discover their purpose within the church community.
