Global Construction Director

The Global Construction Director oversees the end-to-end development of new logistics centers acquired or leased by Coupang, managing all phases from planning and design to permitting, contracting, construction, and completion. This role involves leading the Taiwan Global Construction Team, coordinating across all engineering disciplines, and ensuring that Coupang's construction standards and operational requirements are strictly implemented. The position requires managing project schedules, budgets, and risks while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.
