About this role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Culture & Engagement Program Manager to lead our disability inclusion initiative in Japan — SEED. This program is designed to support the employment and development of people with disabilities, in alignment with Japan’s legal requirements. The role requires managing the SEED program, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to broader global initiatives, all while conducting strategic planning and program management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
