The Global Data Science Lead supports the execution of the Data Science AI strategy within the Global Analytics Business Consulting Team. This role leads a group of data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and analysts, partnering with leadership to turn strategy into delivery. The position applies advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI/LLM techniques to life sciences data to help customers turn commercial, medical, and regulatory data into action.

Responsibilities

Lead the Data Science function and mentor a team of data scientists and AI/ML engineers
Translate the Data Science AI strategy into team priorities and delivery plans
Oversee the design and implementation of advanced analytics and generative AI models

Skills

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Economics, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative disciplineM.S. with 8+ years of relevant demonstrable research experience
