Global Director, Operational Excellence COE

The Global Director, Operational Excellence COE is a senior leadership role responsible for defining the strategic direction, standards, and governance of Nouryon’s global OpEx program across 63 manufacturing sites. This position serves as the architect of the OpEx productivity engine, overseeing organizational design, frameworks, and capability pipelines to enable sustainable continuous improvement. The role leads a newly consolidated Center of Excellence, integrating CI methodology, Lean/Six Sigma certification, learning & development, and manufacturing excellence under a single governance structure.
