Global Director, Project Management

The Global Director, Project Management provides strategic leadership and oversight of the global Project Management function, ensuring the organization has the capability, governance, talent, and operating discipline required to successfully deliver a diverse portfolio of customer projects. The role leads Program Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators across the complete project lifecycle, from purchase order through installation, commissioning, customer acceptance, and seamless transition to long-term service. This leader establishes and continuously strengthens project management standards, governance, performance management, resource planning, risk management, talent development, and continuous improvement practices.
