Global Employment Counsel

The Global Employment Counsel role provides strategic legal guidance on labor and employment matters across multiple countries for a fast-growing networking technology company. The position works closely with HR and business leaders to ensure compliance with complex multi-jurisdictional regulations and to manage employment-related risk. It also supports global growth initiatives, including M&A activity and policy development, while helping to foster a strong culture of legal and ethical compliance. The role includes serving as a legal representative on committees and special projects and occasionally supporting general corporate legal issues.
