Global Facilities Director

The Global Director of Facilities at Hypertherm directs the performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of a global portfolio of approximately 1 million square feet of manufacturing and office sites. This strategic role leads high-performing teams across eight countries, overseeing maintenance, real estate, capital projects, and sustainability initiatives while managing multi-million dollar operating and capital budgets. The director sets the global vision for facilities and works closely with business leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable operations worldwide.
