Global Governance Lead

The Global Governance Lead owns the end-to-end governance framework for the account, ensuring a robust structure and meeting cadence to oversee successful programme delivery and a high-trust partnership between the client and JLL. The role is accountable for tracking and reporting performance, driving the KPI framework, and setting direction on what is measured and how outcomes translate into improvement actions. This strategic position serves as the single senior point of accountability for how governance and performance are managed and evidenced across the account.
