Global Head of Regulated Entities Compliance

Executive role responsible for second-line compliance oversight for FIS’s regulated entities and contractually obligated business units worldwide. Reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and partners with senior compliance leaders to ensure a consistent, robust compliance framework across jurisdictions. Focuses on alignment with parent governance, regulatory engagement, and oversight of entity-level Compliance Officers and MLROs.
