Global HRIS & Payroll Separation Program Lead

The Global HRIS & Payroll Separation Program Lead will lead the end-to-end separation of HR Information Systems and Payroll services for the FUELS business as part of Project POWER. This role ensures the standalone organization has the necessary systems, data, processes, and service arrangements to operate independently after the expiration of Transition Service Agreements. The position involves coordinating global workstreams, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing data migration and testing to ensure Day D readiness.
